Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced product manager to help shape the roadmap of our product to bring it to the next level. You will get to be part of an international and passionate team to contribute to one of the biggest challenges in healthcare.

Full-time - Remote / Rotterdam, Netherlands

As a Product Manager at NiceDay you will be responsible for understanding the needs of all stakeholders, distilling those needs into requirements for the product and prioritising what should be built next.

Your actions will directly help shape the roadmap for a product used by thousands of therapists to treat tens of thousands of patients around the Netherlands. You will help shape the roadmap of a proven product to take it to a broader market in the Netherlands and to scale it internationally.

In this role you would be expected to talk to customers including therapists & mental health organisations to understand the problems they are facing. You are expected to understand the vision behind NiceDay and be able to translate the needs of our customers into the product roadmap.

The role requires you to have an understanding about mental health and how therapists provide care.

What you’ll do:

  1. Talk to stakeholders to understand their needs and to translate their needs into the product vision

  2. Prioritise what user problem to solve next

  3. Brainstorm with the UX and engineering teams on how to solve user problems

  4. Help define clear requirements that can be picked up by the engineering teams for the execution

What we’d like to see from you:

  1. Experience in a product management role

  2. An understanding of therapy and therapeutic concepts

  3. An understanding around product development processes

  4. Strong communication skills in English and Dutch

  5. A problem solving attitude

  6. A strong determination to change mental healthcare for the better
